3. Payment Terms

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing time: 2–4 business days.

- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (US only).

- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.

You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

- No returns on used candles.

- Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- If a product arrives damaged, email us at clousecandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund it.
