All candles are made with high-quality, natural ingredients. However:

- Never leave a burning candle unattended.

- Keep out of reach of children and pets.

- Always trim wicks to 1/4” before each burn.

- Burn on a heat-resistant surface.

Clouse Candle Co. is not responsible for any misuse of our products.

3. Payment Terms

We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways. All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to taxes or shipping fees.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Processing time: 2–4 business days.

- Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (US only).

- We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather conditions.

You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.

5. Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products:

- No returns on used candles.

- Unused, unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- If a product arrives damaged, email us at clousecandleco@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos, and we will replace or refund it.

All content on this site — including logos, images, product names, and text — is the property of Clouse Candle Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
